Straightforward, Insomnia is a sleep disorder
which falls in two main category i.e. primary insomnia and secondary insomnia. It
is one of the common problem which disrupt the individual’s sleep and leave the
sufferer feeling tried in the following morning. People suffering from this disease,
feel problem while sleeping even though if he/she is tiered. Sometime, people
also wake up in the middle and lie awake for hours. It will harsh your energy,

involves several steps physical exam, medical history and sleep history.
Physician will also ask you to keep a sleep diary for a week or two and record
your sleeping pattern and how do you feel when you start your day. Based on different
test and your sleeping pattern, your doctor will also refer you to sleep center
for special test.

Insomnia at the very beginning because your negligence will make it highly
severer and can cause several serious problems. Apart from going through any of
the treatment process, it is also very important for you to look at your daily
habits. Adopting new habits will make the situation under control and you will
feel much better. Some of the healthy habits which you can adopt for better
sleeping are:
- Avoid naps
- Try to avoid using Alcohols, Caffeine or nicotine
- Make sure your bedroom remain quite clear, dark, cool and quiet.
- Try to avoid stimulating activities
- Stick to a regular sleep schedule
- Take exercise regularly
